John joined the Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Board in 2021 as its Non Executive Chair. John is an experienced director and chairman, having previously served as the non executive chairman of Nick Scali Limited, the managing director of Crane Group Limited, the non executive chairman of Shriro Holdings Limited, a non executive director of United Group Limited and a trustee director of Australian Super. John is also an Emeritus Councillor and a past National President of The Australian Industry Group.

Catherine was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in April 2021 and is Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee.  Catherine has over 25 years' legal, business affairs and strategy experience in the media, entertainment, telecommunications and medical sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe.

Catherine is currently a Non-executive Director of Monash IVF Group and previously served as the Independent Chair of ASX-listed Nine Entertainment Co Holdings Ltd. She is also the Independent Chair of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), and a Director of the NIDA Foundation, and Chair of the Board of Governors of Wenona School.

Niran was appointed to the Board of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings as a Non-Executive Director and is Chair of the Audit Committee.

Niran has an extensive background in financial services and insurance having been a Member of the Board of Management of Allianz SE, CEO of Allianz Australia and has delivered across a number of executive level roles (including CFO) at Allianz and other Australian insurance companies. Prior to Allianz Niran has held tax specialist roles across various accounting services firms.

Niran is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Nick Scali Ltd.

Niran holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

John joined the Board of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings as a Non-executive Director in May 2024.

John has over 30 years’ experience in motor dealerships in Australia.  Since 2005, he has been co-owner of Autopact, a large automotive retail group where he was CEO until 2019 and a board director and shareholder until its change of ownership in November 2023.

Prior to this Mr Eastham was a partner with Horwath (now Deloitte) and he holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.

Andrew Doyle is the Chief Executive Officer of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry, including more than 25 years in senior management roles, both in Australia and internationally. Andrew has consistently delivered transformative growth and operational excellence in some of the most renowned automotive brands. Prior to joining the Company, he held the position of Managing Director for Audi UK, Audi Ireland and Audi Australia, where he successfully led market expansion, operational efficiency and brand positioning initiatives.

Andrew holds a Bachelor in Social Science and Economics from Melbourne University and a post-graduate degree in Marketing from Monash University and Global Leadership from Harvard Business School.

Victor was appointed as the Company Secretary of Peter Warren Automotive Holdings in December 2022. Victor supports the Board in its corporate governance and is responsible for regulatory matters, including compliance with the ASX listing rules.

Victor was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Peter Warren.  He has 20 years of experience as a CFO in the automotive and retail sectors, including 6 years as the Australian CFO of Inchcape Plc. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Accountancy and Finance, is a qualified chartered accountant and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anna is Peter Warren Automotive Holdings Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the company’s accounting, finance, risk and compliance functions. Anna is an accomplished finance executive and has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including a decade with Inchcape Plc in Australia followed by CFO & Managing Director of KTM Australia and New Zealand. She has a strong track record in leading finance functions, overseeing complex financial operations, and delivering strategic commercial outcomes, including through mergers and acquisitions.

Anna commenced her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
