Catherine was appointed to the Board as Non-executive Director on 6 April 2021. Catherine has over 25 years' legal, business affairs and strategy experience in the media, entertainment, telecommunications and medical sectors in Australia, the UK and Europe. 
Catherine is currently the Independent Chair of ASX-listed Nine Entertainment Co Holdings Ltd (Non-executive Director since May 2016) and a Non-executive Director of Monash IVF Group (since September 2020). She is also the Independent Chair of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), and a Director of the NIDA Foundation, and Chair of the Board of Governors of Wenona School.
